 The new 7,650 square foot South Coast Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art facility designed to provide high-quality, comfortable and convenient care to patients on the Southern Oregon Coast. Our surgeons and medical staff nurtured this design concept throughout the development of the center.
In today's cost conscious environment, we are committed to maintaining quality care efficiently, with excellent surgical outcomes. South Coast Surgery Center offers the newest in equipment and technology for ambulatory surgery, plus a streamlined process from pre-surgical check-in to post-surgical follow-up and billing systems which benefit patients, physicians and insurers.
The facility is cheerful, bright and organized, offering a pleasant experience and functional flow for patients and staff. Our goal is to create the least disruption to the patient's life, while supporting quick return to their normal environment and activities. Our patients' experiences should be as pleasant as possible with low stress.
Prior to surgery, patients and their families benefit from our commitment to patient and caregiver education. We identify patient rights and responsibilities, and provide patients with information that helps put them in control. A patient's understanding of their situation and preparedness to engage in active self care, such as physical therapy, all lead to successful healing and recovery. For the patient's convenience, registration and coordination of post-surgical necessities are also pre-arranged with our assistance.
